In Good Company Producer

Derby Theatre and partners seek a Producer to manage and evaluate the success of In Good Company the flagship professional, creative and business development programme.

In Good Company is the flagship professional creative and business development programme for theatre makers and companies in the Midlands, providing mentorship, business support, resources and high-profile performance opportunities. In Good Company has transformed how artists and venues communicate and co-create exciting new performance platforms, commissions and touring networks.

In Good Company is led by Derby Theatre in partnership with Attenborough Arts CentreBurton BrewhouseLincolnshire One VenuesMansfield Old Library and The Mansfield Palace Theatre; Arena Theatre in Wolverhampton; Nonsuch in Nottingham; Curve, Leicester; Nottingham Playhouse. With Royal and Derngate in Northampton, The Core at Corby Cube and The Albany in Coventry joining later in 2021.

Through the Big Houseproject, Derby Theatre has secured funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of a consortium of creative organisations across Derby/Derbyshire and Nottingham/Nottinghamshire. As result the Theatre has launched a range of business support services for the Creative and Digital sectors in the region, focusing on the performing arts, which works in collaboration with In Good Company.
