Jekyll and Hyde - (Paid) Work Placements

Ever wondered if theatre might be for you but not sure what role you'd undertake?

Want to have a go at it but don't know where to start?

Derby Theatre are offering TWO PAID WORK PLACEMENTS for people who are interested in working in theatre and knowing what happens behind the scenes. 

You will spend a total of 10 days with us and be paid £1000 plus a contribution to your travel and accommodation if needed. 

You will spend a day or two with each department understanding what they do and how it helps the show be brought to stage. These departments will be:

- in the rehearsal room

- the technical team

- the stage management team

- the producing team

- the marketing team

- the front of house team

Sometimes you will shadow, sometimes you will be given tasks to undertake. 

Dates: 10 days tbc but completed before Tuesday 4 October 2022

Pay: £1000 plus contribution to travel/accommodation
