We do accept requests from charities and fundraising events for prizes for raffles. The prize we offer is tickets to specific shows, rather than vouchers or other goods. There are certain limitations to this as we are a charity ourselves, and also due to the high volume of requests we receive, so one successful request is drawn monthly at random. Please email your request to tickets@derbytheatre.co.uk (from an official email address linked to your cause, or if not with full details of the beneficiary) or on headed paper (with an official email address included) by post to Raffle Prize Requests, Derby Theatre, Theatre Walk, Derby DE1 2NF We sell Derby Theatre Gift Vouchers, in any denomination. These can be bought and used online, on the phone, or in person at Box Office, for all of our shows. We also sell National Theatre Tokens in denominations of £1, £5, £10, and £20. These can be bought and used at Derby Theatre, along with lots of other theatres around the country. National Theatre Tokens can be used in person at Box Office, or over the phone, but not online. National Theatre Tokens can only be purchased in person at the Box Office. We do not charge any fees for buying or using Theatre Tokens or Gift Vouchers. This must be done no later than 24 hours before the event in question and all tickets held by the customer must be returned to the box office in person or by post. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the event has passed. Lost tickets can be reprinted free of charge no sooner than 1 hour before the start of the performance. There are a limited number of Babes in Arms tickets available for certain performances. Please speak to the Box Office if you would like to bring an infant under 2 to the theatre. All children over 2 require their own seat. Where possible we include the running time of all our shows on the production’s page on our website. However, as some of our shows are created by Derby Theatre, we may not know a running time until well into the rehearsal process, and so running times are normally confirmed a few weeks before a production opens.
