Friday 19 June 2020

FREE Online Workshop
Friday 19 June 11am – 12.30pm

As this event is part of a European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) initiative, we will require you to be enrolled in The Big House Programme. If you are not already enrolled, you will find the appropriate form at: https://bighouse.org.uk/enrolment-forms.

If you’ve found yourself with time to write, or would like to use these months to sharpen your skills, why not try playwriting?

Derbyshire poet and playwright Simon Marshall will talk you through the ingredients, processes and key points in writing a script. Join a group of like-minded creatives in working out what makes stories worth sharing on stage and set yourself goals for your own playwriting too.

You will be sent a zoom meeting ID and password the day before the workshop which will be sent via email. This information will be sent to the email address you used when signing up to this event, if you have any questions or accessibility requests please email s.hack@derby.ac.uk.

NB: We will be documenting the event. If you do not wish to be included in images or videos that may be used later for marketing purposes, please let us know beforehand. This project is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund 2014 - 2020.
