
In Good Company Assistant Producer (Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries Fellow)
Derby Theatre and In Good Company are thrilled to be one of 50 arts organisations offering a Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries Fellow, for an In Good Company Assistant Producer.
Derby Theatre will host the Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries Fellow as part of a programme to get more people from low socio-economic backgrounds into cultural careers. Across the UK, there will be 50 exciting opportunities to develop a career in the arts, with each role playing an important part in the host organisation.
The role at Derby Theatre is Assistant Producer for In Good Company, the flagship professional creative and business development programme for theatre makers and companies in the Midlands led by Derby Theatre.
The new role will involve: working closely with the Creative Producer to deliver and review In Good Company’s commissioning and call-out processes, liaising and working with regional artists, programming festivals, tours and performance platforms; plus planning events, workshops and rehearsal residencies for local theatre makers.
