BSL Volunteer Call Out for Treasure Island

Are you learning (or have learnt) BSL Level 3*, and have a passion for theatre?

Derby Theatre are seeking some extra voluntary support during our deaf accessible show Treasure Island  which runs from Saturday 28 March – Saturday 11 April.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help support our frontline team and audience throughout the run and join our existing team of dedicated volunteers.

This is an opportunity to improve your confidence in a supportive, arts environment and be an integral part of this fantastic production.

Performances times vary and we will be looking for approximately 3 hours’ worth of support per show. We are interested in any time you can give to support us and be involved in this exciting experience.

If you would like to register your interest  please download the call out form here. To return the form or to find out more information please email Andrew Tinley, our Operations and Access Manager, on a.tinley@derby.ac.uk or phone on 01332593948.

These forms will need to be returned by Monday 16 March 2020.

*We will also take applications and interest from individuals who’s native language is BSL and if you are studying below level 2 but feel confident in providing basic support.

Thank you for your interest in Derby Theatre and we look forward to hearing from you.  If you require this in an alternative format, please let us know.
