What exactly is a producer? And what do they do? You may be finding yourself saying you need one, when actually you’re probably already doing a great job doing this yourself!

This one day intensive will give you the ins and outs of what it’s like to be a theatre producer, from discussing how to approach venues, how to market your show, budgets, touring and those dreaded Arts Council Applications, we will bring you up to speed on what you need to know, and how to do it.

Led by In Good Company’s producers who have over ten years experience working in the field

This workshop is presented by The Big House. Big House is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is aimed at developing your company as a business.  We help you develop new audiences, identify funding opportunities, boost your profile with venues and develop your company into a sustainable business.
