Friday 9 February 2018, 10am – 5pm, Alan Bates Room, Derby Theatre

Time management, priority management and stress management are often seen to be three separate things but we often find that they are all closely related.Time management is essentially a way of gaining control, allowing you to better utilise every minute of every day in ways that allow you to accomplish more.Priority management enables you to better identify what is possible within the time that you have – and to actively establish strategies to ensure that you aren’t setting yourself up to be overwhelmed. As we do this, we also gain a sense of control. Stress management enables us to recognise the causes of stress, interpret the emotions involved and redirect its effects on you in a positive, healthy manner.
