Student Scratch Night - The Round Up

Thank you to everyone who was involved and supported the Student Scratch night.

The event was a huge success and it was great to see new writing from Simon Clarke performed by the first year Contemporary Theatre and Performance students. We also enjoyed a script reading from The Laramie Project and a performance from Fugee our two forthcoming May productions from the third year Theatre Arts students.

It was lovely to welcome back our recent Theatre Arts graduates and watch some new writing from Smoking Guns Theatre Company. The evening also featured a live band Here Be Dragons, students from the Music Technology and Production and Popular Music with Music Technology course.

The evening was filmed by Student Ambassador, Alex Frost, from the Media Production course and last but not least our event was ran by David and Rhianne two first years students on the Technical Theatre course.

Wow! That's an amazing Six courses involved in one evening alongside our Alumni.

We can't wait to start planning for the next one and hope to see more of you get involved and showcase your talents.

If you missed it, you can catch more student performances very soon: The Laramie project, Fugee and The Street of Crocodiles will be part of our upcoming summer season.
