This workshop will take you through the different offers, deals and set-ups you may encounter as a queer performer. It will look at the differences between queer clubs, cabaret nights and theatres, and show you what resources you'll need to sell your work.
Sell yourself! How to get your name out there
Make your presence known by following the useful tips in this workshop exploring how you can promote yourself online. We'll look at how you use images, social media and networks to help spread the word about your art.
Show me the money! Everything you need to know about budgets, funding and paying yourself
This workshop will teach you how to cost your act, how to write a budget and show you what you are worth, because believe me you're worth it darling. You'll also learn about different funding models including arts council funding.
