Support for Online Show Bookings
Due to the current situation relating to Covid-19, our team will be working reduced hours.
If you have booked an online performance, your booking details, link and password, plus details of your virtual usher (i.e. someone who can provide support and guidance in accessing your selected performance at your allotted time) is detailed in your e-ticket that you will have been emailed on confirmation of your booking - plus, you will also receive an email reminding you of these details one hour before your selected performance/time - so please remember to check your emails, including your junk folder.

Online bookings are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For any enquiries our Box Office phone lines are only available on Fridays and Saturdays 11am - 2pm until Tuesday 18 May, then available Tuesdays - Saturdays, 10am - 2pm after this date. You can also text 07717 346 964 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
General emails can still be sent to the email@example.com email, but it may take a few days for us to reply.
