Book Early For The Best Prices
You may have noticed that our prices state “From £”. As the demand for tickets increase, our prices are subject to change, so we always recommend booking early for the best seats at the best price. At the point of on-sale, at least 10% of seats for most performances will be on sale at the lowest available ticket price, and these seats are sold on a first come, first served basis.
All the event pages in the Whats On section of our website will always advertise the lowest “From” price, but for the most up to date availability and information on ticket prices please click through to the seating plans for a show on the website, or enquire at the box office.
All tickets, prices, concessions and offers are subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
How To Pay
We accept all types of card payments, except American Express. Cheques are only accepted for group bookings of 20 or more. Please note, we can only reserve seats without payment for group bookings of 10 or more. We can post tickets to you if you are booking at least 7 days in advance, at a cost of £1. Otherwise, you can collect the tickets from us at your convenience, or we can email them to you to print at home.
Exchanges, Refunds and Reprints
Please note all tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. We can exchange tickets for another performance of the same event at a cost of £1 per ticket. This must be done no later than 24 hours before the event and all tickets held by the customer must be returned to the Box Office in person or by post. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the event has passed. Lost tickets can be reprinted free of charge, no sooner than 1 hour before the start of the performance.
